Q: Will you have any Give It A Go Sessions?

A: Yes. At the fresher's fair, come find us and we will be able to tell you when these sessions will take place. These are free, you don't need to pay the membership fee to take part.

Q: Do I have to pay the membership fee to join?

A: We receive our funding from the membership fee, that money goes towards getting the competition teams to their destination, access to the open classes as well other things that improve the club as a whole. There will also be exclusives only available to members. If no one pays, we can't give you the best experience!!

Q: What is this extra insurance fee?

A: This just means you will be insured in case of injury by the union, it is compulsory so all clubs and societies must charge this fee.

Q: I've never danced before; will I be able to keep up?

A: Everyone learns at their own pace; we will help you if you are struggling. Don't panic if you don't get it your first try!! Practice makes perfect.

Q: Do I have to audition for the competition teams?

A: Yes, the times and dates will be announced later in the first semester.

Q: Do I have to attend every session?

A: If you are in either of the competition teams, attendance is mandatory. Open classes are not mandatory.

Q: What is All Styles?

A: All Styles is a class that will change week per week as some types of dance are more popular than others. The timetable will be updated via the Dance Page on FB.

Q: Are there any socials?

A: We are a very social bunch. We host various nights out to gobble as well as a Christmas meal, movie nights and the odd karaoke session.

Q: Who do I contact if I need to ask any further questions?

A: Your committee and teachers will be able to answer most additional queries you might have. Also feel free to contact us via email or social media.
