About Us
Whether you're just learning your first Shoryuken, or you're deep into mastering Doctor Doom TAC infinites (if you know, you know): from budding newcomers to veterans of the genre, Staffs Fight Club is the society for you! A place full of friendly fighting gamers where you can hang out, play games and improve your skills - Fight Club is open to all!
The Rules
- Always talk about Fight Club (the more members, the merrier!!)
- Don't be a salt mine, be respectful to others!
- Settle disputes in-game, we're not a real fight club.
- Let people enjoy things - there's a lot of fighting games out there.
- Have fun!
Sounds great! When do we meet?
We meet every Thursday evening for our casual meetup where people bring their consoles, games and controllers to run sets and have fun! Steam is already loaded onto the PC setups in our room, so your library is easily accessible. For any special events, make sure to join our discord community to be the first to find out, as well as interact with the committee and both past/current members.

Meet The Team
Society Leader: Tharit (SINL) (He/Him)
The Big Boss of Fight Club, he keeps the society up and running.
Main games include: Guilty Gear Strive (I-NO), Street Fighter 6 (A.K.I.), MVCI (Strider/Dante), Tekken 7 (Zafina/Julia) alongside a plethora of side games to keep fresh in.
Avid competitor and a fiend for long sets, he's always looking to play or learn YOUR game. Very knowledgeable in many FGs, old and new, and always happy to help you get better - no matter your skill level! If you have any questions about anything FG or society related, please send them his way.

The man behind all of our socials.
Main Games: Skullgirls(Wulf, Bella, Dahlia), Street Fighter 6(Avatar, Marisa), Punch-A-Bunch(I am Manny Pacquiao)
The person who will be sending out any important tweets or annoucements such as charity events or special things that we have planned.
Finance: Hayley (BaconShotgun) (She/Her)
Hayley takes care of any Society costs.

Very chill person who is happy to try out most fighting games - is a keen fan of Dragonball, and especially of Videl and Vegeta. She is fearless on defense and will raw level 3 you regardless of the consequences. Also possesses an unhealthy obsession with the hit game Dino Rex, released by Taito in Japan on November 1992.
Wellbeing and Inclusion: Ellie (Elling) (She/Her)
Here to make sure that you are all enjoying yourselves and having a good time.
Main games: Guity Gear Strive (Jack-O'), Street Fighter 6 (Rashid), Dragon Ball Fighterz (Vegeta blue, Piccolo, Jiren)
Fight Club has always strived to be friendly and open to everyone from all walks of life - regardless of gender, colour, sexuality or disabilities. Ellie's role is to ensure that we can not only continue this but also make sure that any issues can be addressed when needed. That being said, she is still a fierce competitor who can take you to the limit in Strive and is always ready to mash super on wake up no matter the game.
