How to be a good neighbour
Moving into a new home, whether it is in a halls of residence, shared accomodation, or your own flat or house brings with it a set of responsilbilities. Like it or not, as human beings we are social animals, and the way we interact with our neighbours and co-tenants, can make the difference between an enjoyable experience or a miserable time.
The NUS have published some top tips for being a good neighbour which you can access by clicking here. Please take the time to have at look at these guidelines, as first impressions often count when moving into a new home.
In all all likelihood you will strike up a positive relationship with your neighbours; but if for any reason you find yourself in dispute with them, please come and see an adviser at the Student Advice Centre
