I am running for the AmDram Committee Position of Communications Officer because I believe that I could perform well in this role. As an avid user of various forms of social media and communications services, I would be able to perform well to ensure that all members have the information they need and that any questions members have will be answered as promptly as possible.
As a committee member, I believe I will be able to help improve on problematic aspects of the society while maintaining the areas of AmDram that everyone loves. I feel that I am approachable and therefore when a member has a problem, they should feel able to bring it to me so that the issue can be resolved and improved on. Additionally, I would like to bring together the wide variety of students the society gets as members and make sure that everyone feels involved and engaged in the sessions.
Overall, I am running for the role of communications officer because I love the AmDram Society and therefore want to be able to make a difference in the society when it counts. I also believe that I will be able to perform well in the role, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their time at society meetings and events.
