I would love for nothing more than to be manager of this amazing society which has been another family to me for the last two years. I feel that I would be perfect for the role as having been on all three teams for the two years, I know what works and what doesn't work within each team. I have learnt from the two previous manager/co-managers what it takes to run the society and have also learnt from mistakes that have been made. I was fortunate to be the communication officer for this last year and thoroughly enjoyed sharing the talent and the joys of being a part of our family. As manager I would love to create more opportunities and experiences for our society, more classes and master classes, charity and fundraising events (a showcase, flashmob), and to make our club as well known as the big sport teams. We deserve to be noticed. I would also like us to have more socials especially with other societies as this will help with connections and opportunities. I am really passionate and hard working with everything that I do. I feel that I am very approachable and a great listener, I would like to know what everyone feels what needs to be better and what is working so everyone has a say in the running of our club instead of it just coming from committee. I want everyones voice to feel heard. I am a confident leader and have previous experience of leading a youth drama club when I was younger. I also have good organisation skills. I would love for us to enter in more than two competitions or even enter in more categories. I want to continue getting more people to join our family and to keep on having fun as that's what it's all about. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love dance and being in this society, I've been dancing ever since I was little and I can't imagine my life without it. It would be an honour to be able to be manager of this society and I hope that you all can see a great manager in me.
