If you are unaware of who I am my name is Connor Jones, I have been a part of R.A.M.S since the first day of joining the university of September 2022 and my time with this community is still to this day one of the best experiences and choices of my university life. R.A.M.S is home to the most amazing people I have ever met because once I stepped foot into verve on my first R.AM.S invasion everyone was so willing to approach and get to know me and I have never felt so welcome.
Soon I will be going into my second year at university as of September 2023 so I want to give back to the community I so cherish by running as a student wellbeing and inclusion officer for R.A.M.S. If I were to be given the role, I will make it my duty to make sure that new and current members continue to enjoy being a part of this community and to make sure that no one will ruin our family that past members have built up for us all.
The committee members do an amazing job as they don’t only keep the members safe and happy but they also do a fantastic job at organising events and were extremely approachable. I hope to match them not only their skill to bring the community together but to keep R.A.M.S alive and full of new and exciting members to come.
