Hello Everyone,
I believe I Can be Scarlettes Communication Officer as I am a Self-Driven, reliant individual, Very organised to hold responsibilities and ensure events are added to the website to give the Scarlettes the best outcome. I also have an eye for detail to support the Scarlettes Manager to ensure smooth functioning of the Club. I believe there's lots to bring to the team including new development ideas to the Scarlettes team to ensure the Scarlettes Squad is continuing to improve, My Marketing Skills are strong as I have the ability to overcome hurdles for example within the Lockdown I managed my own baking business website and published reels/posts to advertise and keep followers up to date about what I was advertising this was a success and this is how I managed to keep a stable income throughout the pandemic. My Communication Skills are strong due to the course I am studying Paramedic Science this job requires me to be able to communicate with all types of people including other healthcare working in emergency settings that's your not familiarised with , without holding discrimination against people and being able to manage lots of responsibilities to take lead and make time Critical Decisions, this is similar to this role and being able to communicate within the team and to non- member's in a strong manner to deliver appropriate decisions will intially help and benefit the team and being able to negotiate to decide on the best ideas . It's also beneficial in this role that you are a Team Player I know being on the team for 1 Year doesn't seem a lot but I've made long life friends with everyone on the team and being able to work as a alongside a team with them has made these connections stronger, I am a bubbly, energetic person and I believe I would be suitable for the role and the Scarlettes Squad holds a strong place in my heart :)
