Hi there,

I'm Alex, currently Coven sub-committee studying Game Design here at Staffordshire University. When first introduced to the Coven Society and what is was about last year, I was thrilled to learn of all the different aspects within the broad subject and the community that was brought together to share their love of it. I particularly latched onto the crystals and rocks aspect and their myraid of meanings in different cultures because they look pretty and can influence energies.

For the past year I've been a part of the sub-commitee assisting the main committee with setting up events, solving problems and in general helping around in each session. I attend Coven meetings to brainstorm new sessions, talk about feedback from other members and any issues that may arise. Through this position I thoroughly enjoy the time spent with committee and members alike in every new Coven session.

If elected as Wellbeing and Inclusion Officer I will make sure everyone is comfortable, happy and feels like they can really connect with others and be a part of activites held in Coven. In addition I will do my utmost to keep up to date with members and do what is in my power to assist them when they require it. I will keep up to date with organisations and systems in place that can help members with a variety of problems that they may have here at Coven and the University so that they can continue to enjoy themselves at sessions safe in the knowledge that they're problems are being heard.

I hope that I may continue to serve the Society and University better next year.
