I believe that it is important to have someone in the position to help others with life experiences. I can give advice that will work and relate to your situation, with no judgement of your character and your past.
I’ve seen the support that has been provided in the past to students and I would like to fill the gap and be able to support people how they need to be supported.
Men’s mental health issues tend to get dismissed and I would like to provide more awareness and support in terms of mental wellbeing for them.
I would love to provide:
- Individual rant sessions
- Group therapy sessions (men and women)
- Prayer sessions
