We place a huge amount of value on understanding what we are doing well and what we need to change or develop to make Staffordshire University Students’ Union a really great place to work. The People Survey is your chance to make your voice heard and tell us how you really feel about working for our charity.
In 2022 our survey was being run by an external company, Agenda Consulting, which means that it is completely confidential. Nobody who works at our SU will ever see the completed forms and no member of staff will be identified against any comments made, so I would encourage you to be as open and honest as possible. Another benefit of our approach was that our results can be benchmarked against other Students’ Unions to give us a true picture of how we are performing against other organisations in our sector.
Completing the survey is just the beginning of the improvement process. The really important bit is sharing the results and planning the changes that will make our Union a better place to work. We’ll be talking to you about how we plan to do this and how you can get involved over the coming weeks.
