Being a manager is much more than just being able to direct a team of staff, it's about compassion and leadership. Steve, our LRV and Verve Venue Manager goes above and beyond to support his team through the best and worst of times. Thank you Steve, for making us Proud to be Staffs.
Steve Sutton's Story
"Steve goes above and beyond for his staff, he is a wonderful manager who knows his job inside and out. But he has become a rock for most of the staff including myself, if you need to talk to him about anything he will listen to you and help you out however he can. Personally when I’ve been going through some of my darker times he’s always checked up on me everyday, he hasn’t been mad when I’ve cried on him (countless times). Because he’s so supportive of me it makes me proud to work for him and be one of his staff. He’s one of the most genuine souls I’ve ever met, and he has a heart of gold, I want Steve to get an award because of the extra support he gives his staff how he’s there for them emotionally. Personally at my lowest points Steve checking on me reminded me I had value in the world and stopped me from furthering down a negative path. Steve is such a kind hearted person and I don’t think he gets the recognition he deserves."
