"Simple answer that many many students wouldn't be here at Staffordshire University; if Ashley Cotton was not here, he is helpful, supportive, encouraging and engaging regardless of the time of day he always replies and goes that extra mile. I have so many students that still are willing to stand up for him and say what excellent importance and impact Ashley Cotton has on students. It would not be fair if he is not praised for his hard work. He is the pride of Staffordshire University and should be appreciated."
