Our Student Hub provides essential first-line support to Students and Academics, sometimes in the most stressful and high-pressure situations. Debbie, in providing quality customer service and demonstrating how much she cares for Students, supported our nominator through an Anxiety Attack relating to a disablility. Thank you Debbie, for making us Proud to be Staffs.

"A few weeks ago I was having quite a significant Autistic meltdown and went into the hub where Debbie spent half an hour helping me to calm down and to sort out an issue I had. She was absolutely amazing and went well above what I expect her job is supposed to cover. Without her I'm not sure what I would have done that day."
