"Mel is a great asset to the Estates Team who always works hard to get the job done. Mel has worked to develop the apprentices alongside his own work and is always happy to help. He's not one to shy away from hard work and always finds solutions to fix problems across campus. Mel is always cheerful and welcoming and always gets the job done, whatever it may take. It's always a pleasure to see Mel on campus and it's always a relief to see him arrive when something has broken because you know he'll be able to fix it. Thanks for all of your hard work, Mel.
