"Paul is a hard-working individual who, no-matter what, will always offer time in his day to answer any queries, offer advice and support with maintenance issues that arise. He is a well-known face amongst the students and is considered a welcome and friendly face, that they are comfortable to approach should they have any issues. Paul goes above and beyond when contacted about any issues and will always resolve these quickly, with minimal disruption to the tenants that this affects. He is compassionate to the feelings that maintenance can evoke from students and is able to provide re-assurance where needed, to relax students. Paul never slacks and will always make sure that back-up is available if he can't be at the site on any day. He is a trusted and skilled contractor who can always be relied upon. "
