Local Landlord
The Coronavirus Pandemic saw our community coming together in ways we may never have thought possible. Whilst challenging for everyone around the world, students in our community were faced with many insecurities, including their income, their studies and their futures. Through acts of kindness and partnership, our students have been supported. Krishnan, as one of our Greenpad Landlords, took the unprecedented step to waive fees for their tenants, demonstrating understanding and generosity that we're proud of.Thank you Krishnan, for making us Proud to be Staffs

"Many landlords have supported students, usually discounts off their rent or offering a reduction in utility bills. Krishnan was the only landlord who offered to fully waive 3rd semester fees if the tenant had returned home, this was an incredible act of kindness towards students and whilst all landlords who have supported deserve recognition Krishnan absolutely deserves to be singled out for this support."
