My name is Emma and I am working as a Student Academic Partner to establish a mentoring scheme for Student Reps at Staffs Uni.

I am going to be holding focus groups for opinions of current students and lecturers and guage how benefical a mentoring scheme would be for the STARS meetings and to develop STARS as a scheme for the future.
