Welcome to your Hub!

I'm Liam Howitt the Outreach & Partnerships person within the Student Voice Team. This academic year Scott William-Smith is your elected Officer Representative for you School, the School of Health and Social Care.
This hub is your one-stop shop of everything you may need to know about your Students Union. You will be able to find the Deals that we have secured for you, events that are going on at your site as well as when your Students Union will be visiting you next!

Your Union

The union is a non-profit democratic organisation ran by students for students. This means that all the money generated from all the outlets such as our shops and venues goes back into the union to fund campaigns, run the venues ashops and creates opportunities for you.

Interested in being part of the union? Become an Academic rep and represent your course today. This role allows you to be the voice of your course and help you make changes. To find out more visit Representing You section of the website.

Get involved & Representation

We understand that you may have some extra time in between placements and other commitments, that you may want to fill with exciting activities! If you have an idea of a society that you would like to start up with two of your friends then fill in this quick form and we are more than happy to support you with your amazing idea!

We are also very much aware that you may want to organise a charity fundraiser/event, of which we are more than happy to support you with the planning of the event. If you are looking to put on a fundraiser then please email studentvoice@staffs.ac.uk and we will progress it from there.

Academic Representation is an important tool to create change on your student experience within the academic environment! If you are an academic representative or interested in becoming an academic representative for your course in the future then check out the page here!
