Our Digital Services team are ready to help with the digital aspects of your University journey and to answer any questions you may have

 

What we do

We produce guides to help you get digitally reading for learning, guidance on how to use Blackboard and resources to download software onto your PC.  We provide short and long term laptop loans and can help you with password resets, guidance on printing, scanning and copying.  We have a live chat function for any digitally related questions

Beacon is a digital coach to guide you through your University experience.  Through Beacon, you can view your timetable, search the staff directory, order a new student card and much more
