"I’d like to put two staff members forward for Union Gem’s. Jacob Rowland and Rebecca Gray, both did the kitchen shift for the Ram’s Christmas meal. They worked flawlessly, made sure they got everything cooked and delivered on time as well having great communication throughout the whole thing and they managed to get the kitchen perfectly clean afterwards as well. There was no complaints and it’s how I like to see how staff work."
