"I think from returning to campus in September with so few returning student staff to all departments, I feel that the staff who returned need to be celebrated for pressure and shifts they had to do throughout rewelcome and welcome week. In addition to this, I think all new staff should be celebrated also for coming into their roles, many of them working for the first time due to the pandemic, and picking it up so fast!"
