Natalie Simm's Story
"She showed the sign of professionalism and supportive attitudes. She is studying Business Management and developing her career with a very strict strategy. As she is a Mature student with kids it is not easy to cope the university and parenting responsibilities. She managed even to make volunteering work while first lockdown hit. She put so much effort in her development and being a very busy person, nonetheless she has time for other activities such as supporting peers. During the online learning since last year she gave a lots of insight help and support for me in order to make sure my mental health can be maintained. I am very thankful for that to keep me connected and keep me motivated. This additional support for me was very valuable. So this supporting attitude nevertheless though other commitments should be recognised and would nominate her to the award. "
