Join the Make Plastic History Team as a Volunteer!

Make Plastic History is a community event hosted by Staffordshire University and the Potteries Museum and Art Gallery (PMAG) featuring a full day of interactive microplastic activities celebrating the ingenuity of human history in combating plastic pollution.

We're now seeking volunteers to bring the event to life and deliver/demonstrate activities to the public! It's a chance to make a difference and have fun. From guiding archaeological digs to crafting ocean baubles, your enthusiasm will make a difference. All volunteers will receive full training and enjoy a special thank-you gift for their time.

Date:
Saturday 20 April 2024

Duration:
9am to 5pm [Ideally we need volunteers that can commit to volunteering for the full day however, if you can only do half of the day, the team would be very grateful for your support.]

Activities:
Check out our Make Plastic History event listing for the full list of activities taking place as part of the event that we require volunteers to support with.

The Potteries Museum and Art Gallery, Bethesda Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 3DW
