How does it work? What can I expect?
We are hoping that you will help us influence the decisions made at the University to improve and enhance the student experience by actively engaging in a range of online surveys, polls and focus groups. There may be an occasionally time where we ask you to meet us face to face or attend a virtual meeting as a student panel member to share your views on specific topics.
We want to hear your opinions and views, whether that’s with our weekly Question of the week in a quick yes and no poll, to answering questions on your student experience or learning and teaching via a survey monthly or termly. Each semester we will invite members to sit on a virtual or Face to Face panel to help shape policy and practice across the University or Students’ Union.
We hope to get to know you and we will know the areas you are passionate about so we can make sure that we are focusing on areas of relevance for you.
In essence we know that your time is precise to you, so you can give as a much as a weekly commitment or three times per year, your views are important so any engagement we can get makes a difference to our work.
