Faran's October Updates
This regularly updated page will help you track what Faran has been up to throughout October 2023...
09/10 - I've spent the past week in a wide range of meetings, ensuring that the student voice is heard in as many decision-making spaces as possible. I also contributed to the planning of the Autumn Graduation Ceremonies, and helped out at the Stoke-on-Trent Open Day - meeting plenty of prospective Staffs students!
16/10 - This week, I've been busy creating content for Diversity Week 2023 with the University, whilst also attending meetings around Prevent and the digital transformation of the University.
23/10 - This week, I've been working on a lot of crucial meetings and processes behind the scenes at the University. This involves things like meetings on course development and changes, and supporting investigative discussions around behaviour and practice.
30/10 - I've spent my week contributing to the improvement of academic standards all around the University - whether this is course monitoring meetings or discussions around student extensions. I also made some plans around Islamophobia Awareness Month.
