As Christmas is coming up, we wanted to remind you to let us know your plans so we know who to expect on campus over the festive period. Please complete this form if you haven't already.

If you are leaving to go home for the break, please ensure that you have completed all the steps on the attached checklist before you go.

Don’t forget that you can download the SafeZone app here.  This will give you access to the Campus Safety & Security team at your fingertips should you ever need to reach out to them or report anything.

When you leave, please ensure that bedroom and the accommodation's main doors are closed and secure.

ResLife Services

We will be operating shorter opening times throughout December and the beginning of January.

The Residence Life Hub at Coalport will be open 9:00am until 5:00pm from Monday 19th December to Friday 23rd of December. After then, the following opening times apply.

January 3rd Normal opening times 9:00am - 7:00pm resume

You can reach the Residence Life team by calling +44 (0) 1782 294221 or via your MS Teams accommodation group during our opening hours. The team will not have access to email during this period so please call if you have any enquiries. Residents staying over the Christmas period will be added to an MS Teams group for communication purposes.

The campus safety and security team are available 24 hours a day over the Christmas and new year period and can be contacted on +44 (0) 1782 294837 or by email: campussecurity@staffs.ac.uk or use the SafeZone app
