Description

The local Hanley Parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog or run 5k with like-minded people.

It's a great way to keep fit, make friends and there is no pressure - no times limits and no one finishes last

If the 5k run/walk isn't your thing, there's always opportunities to get involved by volunteering at Parkrun, to help out with marshalling and managing the event - so there's something for everyone!

The event takes place every Saturday morning and you can find out more here or visit the Facbeook page to sign up
