My name is Tom Hill and you quite probably know me from the weekly climbing sessions. I am the current finance officer for the club and I feel the year of committee experience I have already gained will be very useful moving forward with the club. There are several changes I would like to make including a more transparent relationship between the club members and committee, meaning more regular updates on trip ideas and planned socials etc. I would also like to implement more member input on decisions made about trips, bigger financial investments and day trips as everyone has different levels of experience and sharing the experience with other members is a vital part of climbing and mountaineering as a sport.
