Hi, my name is Majid Ali, I am a Ph.D. researcher in my 3rd year. By standing in the 2020 election I will bring a radical change in the university system after considering all my peers view. I will become student’s voice on all the platforms (including Academic, campaigning, sporting, social welfare and cultural).

My priorities will be:

  1. Increase awareness about renewable energy across the campuses
  2. Men mental health and wellbeing
  3. Social Events and engagements among the students

Currently in Staffordshire University, students are not getting value for money for food, academics and accommodation. I will raise these issues on management level and will try to get response published publicly.

Many students don’t even know about student union and how it can be helpful throughout their time in university, creating this awareness will be one of my main duties as an elected officer.

I want to bring vision in the union not just change. My vision 2020 will last for decade, hopefully
