When I saw the chance that we could apply for Club manager, I was quite intrigued by this opportunity as I’ve learnt from my experience that I like managing and organising things and working with the team to create a better experience for other people for instance in college I was working for the front of house from designing, budgeting and working with the team and managing your team I loved every second of it even the stress but the most important part of being club manager is about the people who you are working with and the people that come see performances or come see what you’re up to and seeing smiles and the enjoyment on their faces. It is just a great thing to be involved in because you realise you have done the job you have wanted to do from the beginning. Not only have I done projects like this for college I found myself helping my dad and his Mirch company and building that from the bottom up and working just as a part of the team which brings me great joy and I feel like you get more full experience been very hands-on so I would love to be considered for club manager.
