Over my past two years at Uni I have loved my time on the Scarlettes. It has given me so many opportunitiesto grow and develop my skills and I would like to take this forward and represent the club as President.
We had a fantastic intake of new members this year and my first goal would be to continue this moving forward into the new academic year. I am hoping to build on the recruitment and work of this year in order to welcome lots of new members to the Scarlettes so that we can continue to grow and improve our teams and skillsets.
Another goal I have for the next year is to help promote the Scarlettes within the wider UK university cheer community. I would love to see the Scarlettes building up relationships with other uni cheer teams so that we could open up a wider range of opportunities for both the year ahead and further into the future.
In terms of that I feel I have that I can apply to the role, I am organised and would plan to hold myself and the committee members accountable for their roles and actions. Further to this, I am dedicated and motivated which would allow me to make decisions that will both be in the interest of and for all members of the team.
