Increase the support that is already on campus into a vastly widespread across all campuses, online and to make it accessible to all students on all campuses.
to help reduce the waiting time to see a member of staff from any of the student services teams.
Improve the careers connect by introducing to students an improved access portal to the service and to add awareness to students where and how to get support, advice, for your career opportunity.

Accessibility has been a huge issue for me over the past 4 years. Making the change, to the access areas for the Stoke campus, creating campaigns and leading the change for the university to act. To continue and improve Staffs:
1. Continue to create awareness of understanding all disabilities to students and staff at the university. Continue to review the policy of the LSS for students. Ensure it is in line to support any student that requires one. including any prospective students that are joining Staffordshire University in the academic year.
2. Ensure that the Student Union Networks and societies are represented and continue to work towards a more inclusive and welcoming environment by promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives.

To increase the support for students by funding, accessing financial and housing advice.
Work with the community and the university partners to ensure you, the student, are getting the best economical solutions.
To petition the university to help support in this and aid the students. Such as: subsidising the on-campus laundry facilities by working with Washstation on campus laundrettes.
