I am Gemma, Im currenty a 2nd year psychology and counselling student (will be 3rd year this september). I also have three children, two dogs and work for the NHS.
I am also the current class representative for level 5 psychology and counselling.
I want to stand for a comittee role on the psychology society because I am passionate about psychology and Staffs Uni, the psychology department has been part of my life for the past two years and I have enjoyed every moment of it.
Becoming the finacial officer will be a role different from any other I have done before, but I am looking forward to the challenge and to doing something different.
I would feel absolutely honoured to be part of the psycholgy society, providing opportunities for psychology students to come together and take part in events, revision sessions, and the other various events that have been discusssed between potential candiates, over the past few weeks.
I cannot wait to get this society up and running and full of members, if given the chance to.
