Pokemon Go community days are monthly events where the spawn rates and shiny rates of a specific Pokemon are massively boosted. We'll meet up outside the Catalyst Building and walk through campus up to Hanley Park, aiming to catch as many shiny Pokemon together as possible. Even if you don't play Pokemon Go, we recommend joining us for the walk to socialize and get familiar with your surroundings if you're a fresher.
This event will be free to join so we hope to see many new and familiar faces! Please join the Discord for communication and coordination!
We understand that this September's community day aligns with the ResLife move-in day. This unfortunately means that a lot of new people interested in the event will be unable to join at the 2pm start time and we are unable to push it back. If anyone is interested and would like to join later in the event, please make this known in the Discord so we can accommodate you. For those who are moving in later during the month and are unable to join, please stay tuned for the October community day on October 10th instead. We'll be doing a similar walk then so you don't miss out.
