Join The Trent Valley's 'Trent Renew' team in their 'River fly monitoring' event on Wednesday 22nd April from 10am -1:30pm.
Curious about what lives in the river Trent as it flows through Bucknall Park? Come and help us count a sample of freshwater creatures living in the brook.
No experience is needed. We will bring all the equipment. Please do wear outdoor clothing and footwear suitable for the weather.
Please feel free to bring a hot drink and snack and something light and portable to sit or kneel on. We do not ask people to stay for the whole session.
How long it lasts depends on how many creatures we find. If you have any questions please do email trentvalley@supportstaffordshire.org.uk
We will meet at Bucknall Park car park and walk over to the site. Parking is free. There is a bus stop on Werrington Road (5,16, 31a, 32, 32a, 32x). Please be aware there are no toilets or cafes available.
