Happy Diwali

Celebrate the Festival of Lights @Staffordshire University

Monday 13th November 6pm-9pm in the Science Centre

This multi-faith festival is celebrated all over the world by Hindus, Sikhs, Jains and some Buddhists, as this also marks a bountiful harvest and the start of an auspicious new year.

Event Programme

6.00pm Arrival and activities with Henna, Bracelet making, Happy Diwali sign making, Rangoli art, and more.

7.00pm Dandiya dancing

7:30pm Drinks and snacks served.

8pm Bollywood Disco

9pm Closing remarks

We encourage everyone, whether you are religious or have no faith, to come along and experience the festival of lights with us @Staffordshire University this Diwali.
