Another social/games night this Thursday from 5PM till 9PM!
As it's Valentines this Thursday, we'll be having a valentines themed quiz that you're free to take part in. We'll be starting the quiz at 6 so if you want to join in, make sure to come in time.
Try to bring your own paper and pens if you can though we/other members do normally provide some if you don't have any.
Aside from the quiz, it'll be a normal social/games night. If you haven't been to one of our socials before, It's pretty much just a hang out and enjoy yourself event where we'll watch youtube (often watch a lot of meme videos), play some games like Smash Bros, Mario Party or Mario Kart, and just generally have a good time. Of course we can't forget Pokemon! which you'll always find people playing during these events along with the trading card game so feel free to bring your games or cards with you as you'll be bound to find someone to play and chat with. Socials are also welcome to all so you don't require a membership to attend like you do for Movie Nights.
If you've never been to one of our events before then we understand the horrors and anxiety of actually trying to go to an event. But we can assure you that you'll feel perfectly happy once you're here. We're a bunch of geeks who are about as scary as a Wurmple!
We're all very friendly and welcoming so why not give it a go? :D
The socials and Movie Nights are within T101 of the Beacon Building which is the building next to Mellor and opposite the library (Next to the car park).
