Kwanzaa Collective UK invite you to celebrate Black History Month 2025 at the Potteries Museum and Art Gallery in a FREE Centenary creative, cultural family day that will include a celebration of the art, music and food of people of African and Caribbean descent.

There will be a wide range of workshops and performances for all to enjoy.

As a special centenary celebration, we will focus on the achievements of local Black figureheads and influencers, from the past and present day.

The day will include:

Crafts and making
Dancing. music and singing
Ghanaian acrobatics
Stalls and more

This year’s Black History Month theme is “Standing Firm in Power and Pride,” a powerful tribute to the resilience, strength, and unwavering commitment to progress that defines the Black community in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and beyond.
