The Zen Project
A Day of guided Zen Sessions to help you into to your new academic year, focusing on helping to lower stress and anxiety levels, and helping you to feel a sense of belonging. Involving a mixture of guided mediation and Visualisation, breathwork and sound therapy. All delivered from our converted American school bus!
We will be parked at the front of the Stafford campus building.
This is a free service offered to all students.
You do not need to bring anything with you, just yourself as all equipment is provided. We do recommend wearing loose comfy clothing, though this is not essential.
Within our 11 minute sessions you will override your nervous system which will then have a positive impact on your body and mind.
Each session will have 15 spaces available to book.

Please make a note of the time of your chosen session and arrive 5 minutes early.
9am: Energising Breathwork
9.30am: Guided meditation total chill
10am: Sound bath to let go
10.30am: Anxiety easing breathwork
11am: Guided meditation to release fear
11.30am: Sound bath to relax
12pm: Balancing breathwork
12.30pm: Guided meditation to relax
1pm: Sound bath to relax
1.30pm: Breathwork to lower stress
2pm: Guided meditation for belonging
2.30pm: Sound bath to let go
All sessions will be done under the guidance of a fully trained instructor. Please note we may use music imagery and other technics . Also the zen project is accessed by a narrow set of steps and therefore is not suitable for wheelchair users or students with accessibility needs- apologies' for any inconvenience
