Our local Sikh temple, the Guru Nanak Gurdwara and Sikh Cultural Centre, has issued an open invitation to all staff, students, and communities to celebrate Diwali with the Sikh community by visiting the temple on Monday 24 October 2022, between 1pm and 2pm to enjoy a vegetarian meal (samosas, pakoras, Indian sweets) and learn about the Sikh faith and what Diwali signifies for the Sikh community.
